ANH has a practical methodology to achieving workplace health and safety. With effective observation and management, potential risks to workplace health and safety can be minimised and controlled.

Our goal is to record zero incidents and accidents. To achieve this performance level it is paramount that all employees and contractors undertake their duties diligently and with the upmost care so as not to expose themselves or others to unnecessary hazards or risk.

As a minimum requirement, all staff are encouraged and expected to actively promote safe driving and vehicle operating procedures, and, at all times, respect and comply with all of the site safety policies and procedures of our valued customers.

Training is provided where required, and, as a minimum requirement of employment, all staff possess a Construction Industry White Card. Additionally, nominated staff are trained in First Aid to a Senior First Aid level. All staff are required to participate site inductions as specified by our customers.
